
Open denial or confrontation of Articles 4, 10, 12, 13, 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
Under the Constitution of Pakistan, the right to justice of every person has been protected and it has been made clear that there will be justice in the society and its implementation will be equal for all without any discrimination so that law and order and rights can be protected in the society.
Article 4 of the Constitution states that it is the natural right of every person to be protected by the law and to be treated in accordance with the law and that no action shall be taken that would harm his or her life, property, honor, liberty or reputation. ۔ In addition, no person can be prevented from doing something that is not legally forbidden and cannot be forced to do something that is legally prohibited.
Article 10 stipulates that no person may be detained unless he has been given a reason for his arrest and is entitled to a lawyer of his choice in his defense.

In addition, the person arrested will be produced before a magistrate within 24 hours and will not be detained unless such legal order has been obtained from a relevant court.
Article 12 stipulates that if a person commits an act which has not been declared a crime at that time, he cannot be punished or given more than the prescribed punishment at that time.
Article 13 provides protection from the death penalty. That is, a person cannot be given more than one sentence for the same crime.
Article 14 makes it clear that a person cannot be tortured for a statement or confession, nor can he be forced to testify against himself.
